Shipping policy

Please feel free to leave a gift note at the checkout.

I try to make and send out orders as quickly as possible, and they should arrive within 10-14 working days. Although during busy periods there may be a longer wait - please bear with me as I run the business on my own with 2 children & a highly strung labrador!

Every picture is made to order which is why it can take some time. If you need it particularly urgently then please let me know on ordering and I will see what I can do. 

UK deliveries:

Small & Medium parcels will will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 at the cost of £6.99 which is added to the order at checkout.
Large parcels will be sent by Parcel Force at a cost of £11.99 which is added to the order at check out.

Other carriers may be used depending on items/ external circumstances.

If you would like to order something to ship outside the UK, please get in contact and I will see if it will be possible.

Please note that the shipping rates outside of the UK are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. Glebe House Designs is not liable for these costs.
